Should our Wellness call go unanswered, we will work with you or your loved one to design a customized plan. We will understand the frequency per day we will try to call. If we don’t get through, you can tell us if you want to the family members to be contacted via email or a call, so they can reach out. This process helps ensure the best care. If the situation is not urgent, let us know, and we will simply make a note of the missed call.
